Responsibilities:
• Dedicated Litigation Attorney- State and Federal Court appearances
• Collaborate and interact with attorneys in the IP department
• Leverage experience in Trade Secrets, Contracts, and Intellectual Property litigation
• Utilize legal software like 3M, Adobe Acrobat, HRMS and ACRIS for effective case management
• Engage in the drafting and editing of contracts, ensuring they comply with legal regulations
• Administer claims, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Conduct audits as required to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all legal proceedings and actions.
• Must hold a valid license to practice law
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney
•Experience with Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) is required
• Familiarity with various legal software is a must
• Strong auditing and claim administration skills
• Exceptional ability to manage documentation processes
• Proven experience in drafting contracts
• Comprehensive knowledge of law and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must demonstrate high ethical standards and professionalism in all work-related situations.
